Hello dear students, 

Thank you for taking the time to complete the survey. Based on the information received, the following date has been set for the ❄️⛸ AEMBA❄️⛸ Winter Chalet. In order to rent a chalet for the right capacity of students, we ask you to reserve your place for this festive weekend with a $100 deposit. Here are the details:

📆The weekend of March 8-10, 2024

📍A maximum of 2 hours from Montreal

Depending on the number of final participants, we estimate that each student will spend between $200 and $300 for the weekend.

Please note that this deposit is non-refundable, only in the event of cancellation of the event. 

You have until Sunday, January 28, 11:59 p.m. to reserve your place! Don't delay!
